Eye Makeup Today

I decided to take a couple of photos of my eye makeup, which I'm wearing today.... :)

It's sort of a smokey, light gold and cream. It looks natural and warm on the eyes. I then applied a thick cat eye/wing in black liquid eyeliner. I'm nothing without my eyeliner! I feel bare/naked if I'm not wearing it...

The lighting washed out a bit of the colour, in real life, the overall colours are much more brighter, and the gold and shading on the crease, is more defined. :)

Pink addiction.

 Yay yay yay yay yay! *happy dance* Ok, composure now....

I've been wanting this shade for a while, but my local boots and super drug havnt had it in...until, I went in this morning. and there it was, calling my name! I swear! ;)

It's "Stormy Pink" (Matte 011) by Revlon. From their 'Super Lustrous' lipstick range. I've heard that this pink was a dupe of the elusive, 'Pink Friday' by MAC. That was probably one of the reasons I needed this lipstick! (Sigh, I still want Pink friday though)...

Stormy Pink, is a gorgeous, in your face, matte pink...with blue undertones. It might bot be everyones cup of tea, but I love it!

I have to confess, I'm addicted to pink lipsticks...and it's not even my favourite colour! hahaha. I love doing a dark, smokey eye, and then putting on some baby pink or a bold pink lipstick. The contrast really stands out! I let my lipstick do the talking ;)

Barry M 'croc effects'

I just cant get enough of Barry M nail varnish! They have a great range of colours, great quality and an affordable price!

One of my favourites is their croc effect, in black. I love applying it over their gold foil effect varnish as well! Black and gold is such a classic and timeless look, I think!

- Another amazing thig about this nail varnish, is that the croc skin effect, can come out different each time, so all of your nails vary slightly. It does however take a few minutes for the varnish to start working, which is a bit of a pain (if you're in a rush)....other than that, it's easily one of my favourites  from the Barry M range!

Iron fist heels.

So, I admit...I'm some what of a shoeaholic. (Shhhhhh!)

Over the next few days, I'll be blogging about the high heels I currently have.... without further a do, today's blog, is about these attention grabbers!

*Drum roll please* :P

Quite unique eh? ;)

These are 'eyeball heels' by Iron fist. They have a sensible, easy to walk in mid heel. I just adore the clashing of colours, and also the cute patent pink bow, which is laced in and out of the shoes, all the way around!
They are super comfy too! And look great with wet look leggings or black tights! :D

More gold bottles! ;)

Next is my, favourite liquid eyeliner. This one is also by L'Oreal Paris. and it's their ''Super liner''. And yes, it's also in a gold bottle! Which matches perfectly with the Mascara. ;) It also has a sponge tip, which L'Oreal describe on their site as:

'The ultimate liquid eyeliner in a sponge-tipped pen.' 

"Super liner is a liquid eyeliner in a special sponge tipped pen for the creation of fine lines or thick, sultry flicks.Colour is applied with precision and ease and dries without smudging." 

Unfortunately I cant remember the RRP, I think it was around the £6 mark. :)

Also, sadly This eyeliner is now unavailable in store and online at boots & Superdrug. Which is a shame, as I'll have find a replacement! :( BOOOOO!

Not just a pretty bottle!

My favorite mascara EVER, has to be, 'Volume Million lashes' by L'Oreal Paris. The reason why, is because it's so easy and quick to apply on to the lashes, it doesn't clump, and also it gives a lot of volume and defines each lash at the same time! (result!) ;)

It also comes in a fancy, glamourous looking shiny gold bottle! And anything that's gold or comes in gold in some way or another, immediately catches my attention.

RRP- £10.99 (Maybe a little steep, BUT it's soooo worth it. IMO) 

Pretty, shiny and GOLD GOLD GOLD!!! ;) heheee

Unicorn onesie, bitches!

As promised, this is the unicorn onesie, that I wore out for my friends 21st. It's so warm and comfy!

Unicorn eyes.

It was my friends 21st birthday not to long ago, and the theme for the night was 'animals'. After much thought, I decided to be a unicorn. And quickly purchased unicorn onesie. (I'll post a photo later on) Anyway, Next I had to decide upon the makeup, particularly on the eyes....

After playing around with colours, I settled upon this bright and 'rainbow like' design.... :D This was inspired by the My little ponies! 

The eyeshadows were from a palette, which you got free (value of £9.99)  if you spent £20 or more online at Super drug, this offer was over the xmas period. 

They are the brand, ''Accessorize''.  Within the palette are 12 bright coloured shadows, all of which have a shimmer/pearlised sheen to them. (See below) (Photo taken without flash) 

RRP. £9.99 at Superdrug. 

As you can see, I've used this palette quite a lot. My favourite colours from the set are, the Taupe brown, Gold and the pearl pink next to it, and also the cream.. :) I was skeptical at first, regarding they're 'staying' power, and the brightness of the colour. However, they proved to stay on through out the whole night! (This included all the frantic dancing and getting sweaty...ewwww. hahaha) And the eyeshadows are also quite vibrant, especially the turquoises, blues, and the neon pink at the end!!!!
